This was Sprint. They keep calling since I left them. They were ok but now I hate them and would never go back.
After being passed around and disconnected by Sprint employees that don’t know the product they represent but still believe telling you to remove the battery and all should be well. If not we’ll call you back in 20 minutes_ Two incomplete sentences sums up the quality of customer care at Spint. I will say something here but I no longer wish to interact with them.
